Linden O'Toole, Broker
Real estate broker Linden O’Toole has lived and worked in Cordova for 34 years.
When she first moved to Alaska, Linden worked as a Land Use Planner for the State of Alaska, and lived alone in a remote cabin on Sheep Mountain. After arriving in Cordova, she worked in her family’s commercial fishing business as a crew member and net mender. She transitioned into real estate 24 years ago, and has been running her own brokerage ever since.
Linden has a Masters Degree in Human Factors in Natural Resource Planning and Management. She feels privileged to have raised her children in Cordova, and is now watching her grandchildren thrive here as well.
“I enjoy working with people to help them find and navigate into new properties,” she says. “I come from a philosophy of caring service, and love the role of being a resource of information and experience regarding real estate transactions for everyone living in or moving to our small and sweet community.”
