Boswell Bay Alaska on Hinchinbrook Island is located approximately 20 miles from Cordova in the Prince William Sound.  The Island is approximately 185 square miles in size and is home to many different varieties of animals and bird species.  The Island is made up of mountains, lakes and streams and is home to a beautiful sand beach heading to Point Steel (about 15 miles long).

Traveling around Boswell Bay is done by ATV via a network of dirt roads and trail systems.  Getting to and from Boswell Bay to Cordova is done by air or water.  The Island has a landing strip and all of the local air taxi?s fly into Boswell Bay.  Depending on the tides and weather, the scenic boat trip through the Orca Inlet usually takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
