Linden O'Toole - Broker

Linden earned a Master's degree in "Human Factors in Natural Resource Planning & Management" and after working for the Alaska Dept. of Natural Resources as a land use planner, arrived in Cordova 30 years ago. She opened Cordova Realty in 1992, and has enjoyed helping people with real estate transactions ever since.

Malani O'Toole - Webmaster

Malani has interned in the Cordova Realty Office for 10 years building and maintaining our website. She has a Master's degree from Stanford University and is now devoting more time and energy to her music. Malani's new recording, 'Til Now,' showcases her original songs and can be purchased at the Cordova Realty office, itunes, cdbaby.com, and various stores around Alaska.
