Linden earned a Master's degree in "Human Factors in Natural Resource Planning & Management" and after working for the Alaska Dept. of Natural Resources as a land use planner, arrived in Cordova 25 years ago. She opened Cordova Realty in 1992, and has enjoyed helping people with real estate transactions ever since.

Kevin "Sam" O'Toole - Real Estate Agent and Computer Guru

Kevin has lived in Cordova for 25 years and has been a licensed agent at Cordova Realty since 1994. When he is not helping to keep things running smoothly at Cordova Realty he works part-time as a commercial fisherman.

Malani O'Toole - Webmaster

Malani has interned in the Cordova Realty Office for 6 years building and maintaining our website. She has a Master's degree from Stanford University and is now devoting more time and energy to her music. Malani's new recording, 'Til Now,' showcases her original songs and can be purchased at the Cordova Realty office, itunes, cdbaby.com, and various stores around Alaska.
